I have tried so many different clamps for my cameras when recording gigs. All have not been versatile enough to use on the many different fixing positions.
This one - in conjunction with a small camera extension arm fixed to it by the thread provided on the Saviour Clamp is the answer to the many fixing locations, shapes and dimensions I have encountered on the gigging circuit.
Worth considering as cheaper alternatives will soon add up to more cost once you buy, use and discard them.

This is a machined piece of engineering. It's a super flexible clamp that I use on my Eurolite AKKU mini PARty led battery powered light as a single front light. No matter what the venue is I can find a place to clamp that light with this clamp. I also carry a little F clamp normally used for wood work in case I need to clamp to large beams etc. Place the F clamp then the 9.solutions Savior clamps to that. Simples.
