These washers are for M6 rack screws that are pretty standard. They are quite a big diameter and spread the load well. The screws locate tight in the centre and don't move about so they are concentric when you tighten them up. Most importantly they won't mark your gear.
As they are quite a big diameter and slightly more so than the cheaper softer ones so you need to be careful when using on the very top or bottom of racks as it can catch on the racking. It could also overlap units when using 1U or other rack units where the holes are at the very top or bottom. There's a way around this should you come across these problems and that's by shaving a slice off. It worked for me and they still perform the job well.

We needed to purchase a good amount of washers for a new studio install and we wanted something a little more sturdy than the usual soft flexible ones. They are sturdy and of good quality. No complains at all!

Sturdy
Daniel410 14.04.2019
This are way sturdier than previous ones I've had, although the only con is that they are so big it makes kind of difficult to make them work when screwing units together.

What can one say about plastic washers? They protect your rack gear and they are what they are.

Perform their function nicely
Christian748 26.05.2014
It's pretty hard to rate something as simple as a plastic washer. They do their job nicely it must be said and there were no bogus examples in any of the packets that I bought.
My only word of warning for those considering these washers: these washers are best utilised when you have large rack gear (3RU or higher) where the mounting holes are centred. If you have a lot of narrow rack gear (1RU or 2RU) where the mounting holes are typically on the top and bottom edges, go for the Adam Hall 5621 Nylon Washers instead. This way your rack gear will stack properly within its designated space!

Robust - do not distort
Anonymous 09.12.2015
Unlike the cheap flexible rubber washers that come with rack cases - these ones are rigid and do not distort. So the rack screws are held more firmly, with little tendency to slip sideways. In practical terms, I don't know if it makes a difference, but the units fixed in my rack case definitely feel like they are fixed more robustly...
