There is no information on the wood to wood dimensions. I used 483mm, It should be 490mm. Besides that, rigid and very hard metal. Make sure your fastening screws have a head wide enough head if you don't want to use washers.

Built my own studio slanted rack. Used these. Very good quality, great finish, very robust. My equipment did not felt yet so... I guess it works very well! Recommend it!
