It took awhile to be in stock, but once it arrived - it's perfect! I had a solid 1/2 panel for my rack gear, but I wanted to make sure that I had some additional ventilation so this makes my rack look nice and clean. Solid, sturdy construction, and highly recommended for any small gaps that you might have in your rack set-up.

In gewohnt guter Qualität, schafft dieses 1/2HU Lüftungsblech deutlich mehr Platz im Rack. Besondere Empfehlung für Studiotische - es sieht einfach viel besser aus - und ist zur Belüftung effizienter - als die geschlossene Variante.

Und jetzt mal was zum Kundenservice:
Leider wurde die Blende bei einer umfangreicheren Bestellung nicht mitgeliefert - kann ja mal passieren.
Da es meine erste Bestellung bei Thomann war und ich ca. 15 Minuten - bevor mir das Fehlen der Lüftungsblende auffiel - bereits das Fehlen eines anderen bestellten Artikels beim Kundenservice bemängelt hatte, befürchtete ich, es könnte jetzt zu Komplikationen kommen. Stattdessen wurde es freundlich zur Kenntnis genommen und unkompliziert behandelt, ohne dass ich das Gefühl hatte man unterstelle mir jetzt, ich wolle mir etwas erschleichen.
Beide Reklamationen wurden umgehend bearbeitet und nach wenigen Tagen geliefert.
Das finde ich absolut Top, schafft Vertrauen meinerseits und stellt sicher, dass ich auch in Zukunft hier bestellen werde. Eure Leute im Kundenservice sind super!
