Superb quality but a usability problem
_ysl 08.03.2021
This sub sounds amazing it can go really deep and produce an all around pretty balanced sound quality, I can't comment on bigger rooms but it covers mine extremely good. My biggest issue with that and this is why I'm rating it lower is that the standby feature is causing me endless frustration. My speakers are being wired through the sub so when I'm working on the computer or doing causal browsing I'm constantly having my entire soundsystem going off frequently and to bring it back I have to crank up the volume so the sub picks some input and turns on again. This is really frustrating and I'm dealing with it on a daily basis multiple times a day. So if you intend to use the sub for additional things other than just production and especially if you wire your speakers through your sub consider this a lot. Personally I wouldn't go for this sub if I knew this beforehand and sadly there is nothing you can do to tune it. Otherwise a great sounding sub and paired with the corresponding adam t series monitors an awesome combination. For me its a constant annoyance at this point sadly....

M
Subwoofer that costed me city council report.
Messboy 12.08.2021
I've got this sub as my first subwoofer in addition to T7Vs. I mainly play techno so let me tell you, the sound is chunky, fruity, aloud and if the monitors don't fulfil the spheric loudness in the room you can always let in a bigger frequency range on the sub pushing crossover to 120. However the punchiness comes and stays only at 80, at 120 you get this underwater bass, which is still great for all the sweeps, beeps, clicks and zaps in the tracks. Really enhances the frequencies left over from monitors for sure. Once we get to about 96db with crossover on 80 the big Adam brother unleashes it's power, everything that's below 10g starts sliding in the room and behind my neighbours wall, at this volume I've got numerous complaints and got reported to city council for being noisy.
All in all, as my first 2.1 system this exceeds any expectations that I had. Really feels like club even though I'm in my living room. Can agree with other comment saying that it gives you another perspective on how to mix your lows.
P.S. 'UPS' LOST HALF OF MY PACKAGE, AVOID NO MATTER THE COST.

PF
one of the best studio monitors at the moment in the price range under €200
Peter FC. 23.04.2022
The ADAM Audio T10S is a 10-inch studio subwoofer specially designed for the T-Series, but can also be connected to other studio monitors. Frequencies hear up to 28Hz, that's what the ADAM Audio T10S was made for. With the T7V it goes up to 39Hz and with the T5V up to 45Hz. By working with the ADAM Audio T10S you can therefore perceive a wider frequency spectrum, but above all more clearly.

The subwoofer goes low down to 28Hz and through to 120Hz, which you can also limit to 80Hz with a crossover filter switch on the back. The subwoofer amplifies a total of 130 watts, which is a lot and more than enough for the average studio.

Connecting the subwoofer is easy, you need an extra set of cables for this. From your audio interface, the cabling goes to your subwoofer and from your subwoofer back to the studio monitors. This can be done via XLR but also with RCA.

If you use the ADAM Audio T10S subwoofer while making music, it is nice if you can quickly switch between the subwoofer on/off. This is possible with a bypass foot pedal – unfortunately this is not included and can be purchased separately. We definitely recommend this, so that you know how it sounds without a subwoofer and you can quickly make the switch.

The build quality
The woofer itself is nicely concealed at the bottom, so that it is not visible. You don't see much from the outside and it's very minimalistic – which we like. The legs are sturdy and also provide support to reduce vibration, they are very flexible.

The outside is made of wood with a black lacquer, which looks sleek. In general, the studio subwoofer is very sturdy, without any loose parts that start to vibrate.

Sound quality
Together with the T-Series you can really ensure that your studio monitors sound even better. Because there is less pressure on the studio monitors to reproduce such low frequencies, we notice a quieter mid-low spectrum with the T5Vs.

In addition, the sound of the ADAM Audio T10S is perfect in combination with the T-Series monitors. A very deep and clean layer in agreement with the ribbon tweeters in the T-Series makes for an impressive whole. A very nice addition to your studio monitors!

Conclusion
All in all, Adam Audio did a very good job of putting down this product for this price. In terms of experience and valuable information when making music, the ADAM Audio T10S performs very well, a nice deep low and especially in combination with the T5V, T7V or the new T8V Studio monitor. It is a pity that you have to look for a switch to bypass yourself. Keep in mind that you will also need to purchase bass traps to keep the low frequencies under control in your room. ADAM Audio is very confident about the quality and therefore gives a 5 year warranty on all products that are registered, on this page there is more information.

You won't know what you're missing until you experience it yourself in your studio, we are impressed!

B
Room for improvement
Bucket 23.01.2023
First off; the automatic standby function was not a problem for me. It activates at such a low level of audio, well below what I would even use deep in the night when I turn things down. Since I've always got some music, video or game going, the standby function only comes into play if I'm away from the PC for a bit, or when I'm using headphones for a while. And then I find it a good thing that the speakers go into standby as to not use power, and not make any leftover noise in the background.
I absolutely love the design, it is sleek and simple. I don't know how gimmicky the speaker cone placement is, but a big problem is that it won't allow you to use the ISOsub200. Because the speaker will rest on the decoupler.
The manual says the feet are specifically designed as decouplers, but I found them lacking. The sub is designed to be at that exact height from a flat surface (preferably floor), so finding some better decoupling might change the soundstage. I was not able to test that.
This thing gets loud very quickly. I think it does a really good job of adding lower end and the volume knob lets you tweak how loud you want that lower end to be.
That said, compared to competitors, I feel it is lacking a lot of things that I consider basic features to toggle or tweak, at these price rangers. It shouldn't be so hard to add these in.
