The service was great, the instrument...no so much, very much out of tune whis is very frustrating as the sound it produces for the notes in tune is woody and beautiful

My only wooden alto flute in my amateur Muzak wooden recorder family
Anonymous 29.05.2016
It makes a pleasing sound as my only alto in my wooden recorder family of flutes to complement my plastic instruments, it's tone is fine for my use all recorders have different tones but unless you are a collector then for my amateur use, this my native flute amidst my world collection of flutes a play to God as an amateur Muzak maker.

Defunct Instrument
Anonymous 28.01.2016
This instrument was very out of tune. Some of the fittings did not fit completely. It had a very closed off sound and was very quiet. Some notes were semitones out of tune. Very unsatisfied. I had to send it back.
