working great

i bought these picks for playing 5 string banjo, they fit snugly under the nail and the fact they are adaptable with nail clippers is great. the tone has been fine for my purposes as a beginner banjo-ist. a guitarist friend has been having trouble with his nails (he strums with them and wears through them) so i gave him a couple to try. total convert!

Natural feeling finger pick
-TDK- 07.02.2023
The key to successfully using these is to take time to modify the fit before the first use, even though it does take a bit of time filing etc. I’ve found about 1-2mm of nail growth is adequate to ensure a secure fit. Once that is done they are surprisingly natural feeling and offer a tone that is very close to that of the finger nail. I don’t see myself ever using these exclusively over my natural nails but in times when more volume is required or a nail is broken, these things really are a revelation.

Note: I found the sizing to be a little smaller than the guide suggests. I would encourage those in doubt to order a size larger. I have slender fingers and a medium would be pinky sized.

Great picks that can be put under the finger nails ( you will need a bit long nails). Great sound and perfect for folk.
