You dont get much for the price but it is of a good quality. There is not enough to shield a Stratocaster I managed to do the pick up routes only. You would need 2 to do the controls cavity as well and even more if you want to do the back of the pickguard. Id advise to get a pickguard with shielding already on. Plus be careful it will cut your fingers while you install it.
