Useful upgrade
Qwaszxxl 03.03.2021
Pros:
-No need for drilling or soldering (except when you need to remove ground wire from your old FR clamp)
-Does what it was advertised to do, very useful if you are planning to switch between tunings (for example, from standard E to drop D or standard E flat)
-Weights almost nothing, yet feels solid

Cons:
-Installation instruction on the paper is confusing.
-Installation video on the original website is very old, bad quality.
-It took some time to understand, how it should feel when it's properly installed.
-Thumb screws are freaking hard to turn with bare fingers if you want to lock your bridge. I always use some cloth to have a better grip.

I think it's a must-have upgrade for any Floyd Rose user. It doesn't damage your guitar to install. Works wonders if you want to temporarily adjust the tuning of your axe.

Just don't put too much hope that it will be perfect, because it is not. However, it is worth having one on your FR-equipped guitar.

MA
Extremely useful
Mike AG 20.09.2013
I have installed two of these on my floating bridge guitars, and they do make it much easier to manage a floyd style bridge. First of all you can use it for the advertised main purpose, to allow for altered tunings without having to rebalance the whole instrument. Also perfect to safeguard against broken strings. Changing strings can be accomplished far more quickly too, as it holds the system in the right position to start playing straight away once you're in tune.

Build quality is impressively solid, the claw is an improvement over any standard trem claw. Initial set up is a bit time consuming as the alignment must be perfect to avoid friction, but the device is pretty much invisible once this is accomplished. I have found that changing string brands can mean you have to re-set the tremol-no because the tension may differ even with the same gauge. Not a massive dealbreaker since setting up the tremol-no is quicker once you've done it once before. Overall this is a very useful device that adds functionality without taking anything away from the simplicity of a regular floating bridge.

Just ok
C_M92 11.01.2022
Does the initial job, as what is described, i.e. can transform a floyd rose to a hard tail and vice versa. Difference can be felt when changing to the other modes. Makes string chanigng far easier.

Howver,
Friction problems do occur and it doesnt return exactly in place (strings are either sharp or flat (depends on the use). Also, the locking nuts for this unit aren't exactly great and can wear out with relative ease.

Would only recommend for a permanent solution (hard-tail mode, if you don't want to part with the Floyd Rose system)

A simple to install product
johncordy 25.04.2017
The Tremol-No is used for the Floyd Rose of my Suhr Rasmus.

There are plenty of youtube videos that you should familiarise yourself with before installation, as it helps with this kind of thing to really have a good grasp of what you're trying to achieve. Not only this, but Tremol-no themselves have taken care to describe best practice in the installation.

It may be necessary, depending on your guitar, to have longer clamp screws than what is already installed. This is not particularly mentioned anywhere, but my experience was that I'd have preferred to have a slightly longer screw for more security on the clamp.

In short, though, the Tremol-no is well designed, easy to operate, and pretty easy to install. Do also take care to investigate which clamp is required for you - there are a number of different models, and depending on your tremolo block you want to choose one that is compatible and that is going to be a good fit.

One last tip, don't forget (like I did) to keep your old spring clamp handy, in case you want to return the guitar back to factory condition!

A peine correct

Excellent addition to any floating bridge.
EValera 29.10.2018
No idea why companies don't offer it in their high end models, as it is a tool that compliments the floating bridge system perfectly and without retooling, makes living with a trem easier.

Decided to finally get one instead of just blocking the bridge with a piece of wood or similar. But it does so much more than that. Personally the things I like, and use, the most about it are:
Restringing and tuning. This may seem trivial, but the ability to block the trem fully in place, put new strings, tune them, and then unlock it, results in no need to use restringing and tuning tricks as is common with trems. Since restringing and tuning being so annoying with a trem is usually the downside, this solves it.
Block it anytime anywhere. Before I had to have a piece of wood or something to block it, and carry it. Sure, it's never a huge piece but this is integrated into the guitar and is a painless, safe, simple mechanism.

The only issue I've had is the fact that if your springs need a bracket to be held to the block, the clamp may be in the way. This is easily solved by getting longer screws for the bracket, or simply not using the bracket if your springs don't come off.

Anyway, a great addition. Now it'll be a must have in any guitar with a trem for me.

J
Works as advertised
Jackfisher 05.01.2019
As with all Allparts products, quality is not an issue, the system is solid and built well.
This is my second one, as I already have one on my Ibanez RG570 1992 model. I got this one for my RG7620 1999 model, both have the lowpro edge bridge that works best with the small clamp.
It's easy to adjust it for dives only, or for completely locking the tremolo
Just make sure you pick the one that fits your guitar, they have a chart on the website to help you with that. It works just as advertised, and it's easy to install and easy to use.
Although I did have one small hiccup with it when I was changing strings for the first time after installing it on my RG570 the negative pressure from the springs that built up when I took off all the strings made it collapse on itself because nothing was actually blocking the springs and made for a bit of a hassle to reinstall with no strings in the bridge. To avoid making the same mistake, just make sure you use a wooden block or a stack of coins or just anything solid that fits the cavity when changing strings, or just use the tremolo bar to apply pressure to the tremolo like you were changing strings on a regular tremolo guitar, otherwise it works great.

Win some-lose some

It does what is supposed to do. It can transform a floyd rose to a hard tail and you can tell the difference in feel, when locked, that a hardtail bridge can give. You can also lock it to use it like a regular tremolo bridge and It can hold the floyd rose in place when changing strings and that is really helpful

BUT
I came across some friction problems. It doesnt return exactly in place. After using the tremolo all the strings are a bit off. Either sharp or flat (depends on the use). I tried locking it to "only downswells" but that didnt help. It still sits a bit off. This can happen if it is not installed properly but mine did by an experienced trusted professional.

I would recomend this only to those who want to lock their Floyd Rose in place and not use it.

Allparts Tremolno
BuddBoxGuitars 24.10.2020
It works a treat, had to adapt and cut an aperture in the rear cover plate of the guitar to gain instant access to the Tremolno, personally I kept my original cover and purchased a replacement to cut.
It does everything it's meant to do, full tremolo, dive bomb only or hardtail.
Switching from Trem to hardtail has never been easier. Thank you Thomann and Allparts for a great design.
