Das 3122V ist ein solides Teil. Durch die 2 Kanäle sind übliche Einsätze in Stereo möglich. Von den Funktionen hat es alles, was in Preamp braucht. Es färbt den Sound weniger als im Vergleich verwendete Preamps von Neve und BAE und ist eher in Richtung Schärfe unterwegs als in Richtung Wärme. Der Power-on-Knopf ist etwas sonderbar, man muss ihn ganz tief reindrücken (hoffentlich nicht fehleranfällig).
