Excellent product - ridiculous price!
Vihren Hristov 01.10.2023
This is the only regular mic holder which holds the mic really well. I use EV ND 468 on toms and it rotates in it's orriginal holder while I play because of it's design. Which absolutely drives me crazy. I used K&M and other holders too, but the result was the same. I had the AT8471 holder in the past, so I knew that it will solve the issue. For a plastic holder with rubberised grip the price is ridiculously high. But I had no other option. And that's the first reason I put one star less. The second one is that it is sold without 5/8 to 3/8 adapter. Audio-Technica makes really nice brass adapters, which are longer than the regular 3/8-5/8 adapters, since the 5/8 thread in the AT8471 holder is really long. And if you buy mics from the Artist Elite series, like AE3000, you'll get the AT8471 holder plus the brass adapter in the package. The original brass adapter cann't be found separately anywhere except on the Audio-Technica site only - which means more expens on product and shipping cost. The end result will be more than 50 Euro for simple plastic mic holder! That's madness! Shame on you, Audio-Technica - for such high price atleast put the brass adapter in the package!

Great product, but expensive
Noiseboymez 06.12.2021
Great clips for securely holding mics of a certain diameter, I use them for my audix d2, d4 and d6 on toms as they hold them very securely for the angriest of drummers, and my audix clips have loosened over time.
Downside is they're expensive for what they are, but you didn't get into the pro audio game and expect stuff to be cheap for quality did you ;)
