A perfect balance

Five stars is a high bar(!) that I would not award easily but this stand gets everything right. It is strong and stable (this is easy to achieve) and the adjustable leg solves the problem of slightly uneven surfaces. Where this product excels is that it achieves this utility whilst being just about light enough for one person to manage, just about short enough to fit in a small vehicle and with clamps that make raising it safe and comfortable. The quality of design and construction is good and appearance very presentable; for my use it delivers good value for money. The only possible improvements I can see would be making the clamp inserts captive (bring a zip-lock bag if you remove the head) and maybe keying the clamps to the top of each section so they can't come free with over-zealous heaving. I will be buying more of these.
