This mouthpiece grants easy upper register while maintaining a full bodied warm tone perfect for classical playing. It isn't bright like a lead mouthpiece, this is the perfect moutphiece for Eb trumpet. The W stands for Wide rim, this grants more contact with the lips, and i personally feel this is help my endurance, i can play really long session with this mouthpiece without feeling tired, the wide ring acts like a pillow on the lips in my opinion.
I use this mouthpiece daily for classical, orchestral and jazz music and i couldn't be happier.
