The cable is only pluged to a docked laptop. When not in use, the cable is stored in a hard case.

After 8 days of usage, the microphone stopped working. After close inspection, it only work when the cable near the trrs connector is bend in a specific position.

Otherwise the connector look fine and can be plugged into recessed plug.
The microphone while working has a clear omnidirectonal sound. It could be problematic if you use it in a crowded place, but hopefully most of the meeting app have noise canceling and voice filtering to avoid background noise such a mouse and keayboard sound.

I probably got a weak or defect cable.
I hope to get a replacement and change my review if the replacement work twice as long.
