Cordial CFM 0,9 VV

I purchased a couple of these cables to plug my studio monitors in my interface, and it works great. My current setup is a pair of Mackie CR-3 and a Behringer UMC1820, and it has been like this for 6 months now.

For the whole time, I had been using the mini jack with an adaptor (mini-jack to jack) to plug the monitors in the interface, until a friend told me that if I used jacks instead of the mini jack, I would experience a significant sonic improvement. I bought these and I actually did notice a difference, and even though it wasn't really a dramatic improvement, it is there.

Moreover, given that the jack inputs are in the back of the monitors (unlike the mini jack input, which is in the front), it was apparent that my desk became much tidier and more organised all of a sudden, which is a big plus for me, and would alone justify the purchase, in my mind.

While not spectacular (does a cable need to?), this is a good and reasonably priced product that suited my needs very well - recommended.

I use this cable for linking a hardware sampler that sits just right of my console to the rightmost inputs, or when away from studio for running a synthesizer into another sound module when the needed connection is balanced.

These are stellar cables, sturdy construction, and they last years.

Cordial always ties off with two small strips of velcro in this line of cables. Keep them! I use them as cable ties, and they keep all of my leads in check with just one, so another left over for a cable that doesn’t have a tie.

Can’t go wrong with Cordial. No cons. Make sure this is the length you need, treat the cable with respect, and nothing can go wrong.
