This is the best DAC you can purchase! The sound is truly amazing, don't doubt it! It's a pure Class A monitor controller that will improve everything through it. I've connected the unit AES/EBU to my converters. If you have the opportunity to own the Avocet IIA just go for it! It's very difficult to find nowadays.
