Cympad Optimizer Set HiHat Clutch

I use these with all my hi hat clutches, I bought my first set before almost 2 years and they didn't change shape a bit, which I cannot say for regular hi hat felts that came with my stand.
The only con is that some hi hat clutches have limited amount of space for upper felt so top hat can be little stiff. I solved this problem by using combination: upper felt is regular type, and the lower one is Cympad Optimizer.

I have Zildjian Quick beat hihat and it really made these best hihats sound more awsome. It controls loudness of your hihat and overtones. Its reall thick material, almost feels like you cant bent it.

Great product, will never use anything else on my hihat stand for now.

I'm using this product with all my cymbal stands. I've got whole range (Optimizer) Cympads and I usually mix among them. At first Cympads seems strange if you used to standard felts. But you become reconciled once, you can't use standard felts anymore.

This product is simply the best hi hat clucth set of felts that money can buy! They are extremely well designed and manufactured and do not become mishapen due to the force of the hi hat clutch that is applied to them. I have been using them for a few weeks no wand have noticed that they make my hi hats sound much more crisp than usual and allow tham to sing much more freely when opened up. The bottom felt is awesome as it prevents all the annoying vibrations going through the hi hat stand. It also holds the bottom hi hat in place extremely well and prevents it from moving around.

The washers for the top hat are thinner-walled than I had expected. Sounds ok but I would have preferred slightly thicker. Slightly concerned about how long these will last

This really helped me get the little "extra" out of my Paiste 2002 Sound edge Hihats. Instead of the standard felt washers, this thing makes the sound more "free". it's hard to explain, but I really felt they made a difference in the crispness of my hihats. Highly recommended!

They really clean up any annoying wash and give the hats a Clearer sound!
