Good medium price strings

I never tried thes strings, then I bought a Sire bass guitar, which comes with these strung on, and I really liked them. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that, at least on Thomann, they are sold on twin set, which means you get two set of strings for 32 euros, just a little more than the average single string set by Ernieball o other similar brands.
32 euros for a twin set of bass strings is a great deal.
They deliver a crisp brilliant sound, easy to play and with nice tension and gauge. They are somehow "neutral", and by that I mean you can use them for many different purposes.
Unless you are looking for something specific to obtain a certain kind of tone on your instrument, these strings will work great as all purpose roundwounds.

2 Sets for less than £30, what's not to like.

2 Sets of D'addario Bass strings for less than £30, means that they will get changed a bit more frequently than I have changed them in the past.

Seem to work well and the sound seems good enough to me for recording. I do not play Bass often and usually leave that up to our Bass player, but sometimes I like to overdub a track and these strings stand up to that just fine.

These string sound amazing! Daddario have kept a very high quality throughout the years. I've been using these string for year at a professional level and I can say that they have never failed me. Superb quality, amazing tone and great durability!

A go to brand and in this case fantastic bass string set EXL170TP.

Also use Daddario on my acoustic guitars, amazing clarity.
