It is a really smart product which can be used in situations such as a gig or even at home. It helps you be fast when recording or practicing with a band. My only complain though is that it isn't very stable due to it's lack of weight on the part that rests on the surface but other than that it works just great!

Good idea, but watch out for their balance.

These are a really good idea, as they allow you to turn any edge on a piece of furniture into a guitar stand. The flat circle behind the actual holder is really useful for picks too.
Only downside is that they easily move across the surface you've put them on so guitars can slide sideways unless you put them dead centre of the holder.

Useful little bit of kit

For non critical situations like when you want to rest your guitar against something but there's nothing soft to hand except a table or a sideboard or even a piano keyboard, which is what mine is doing, then this is fine to hold a guitar upright just as long as there are no people or animals likely to bump into it! Not for the stage but then anyone thinking of using it for that is not really thinking ahead. Takes up hardly any room in a guitar case or gig bag though and has its uses as I say.
