This pad is great for generating click on your kick drum.
The durability is not that great however; plastic beaters chew through the outer layer pretty quickly and the glue doesn't hold up to well either.
Both these issues can be remedied with ductape without affecting the tone and the plastic generating the actual click is very durable.
I found this pad to be a bit problematic when recording drums though; if the drummer isn't consistent, you get some hits with barely any click and some with extreme click, which can be a pain when mixing.
Compared to the Remo falam slam pad, I'd say this one definitely generates more click but remos pad is more forgiving when recording. The issues with durability isn't a deal breaker but does make it a bit annoying to deal with (compared to the Remo which allows you to just stick it on and then forget about it).
