Not what I expected

I really looked forward to getting this but was kinda disappointed when I got it. I was expecting a warm an fuzzy sound but instead I got a harsh cold sound. Also, The unit could not stand flat on the table so that gave me a bad first impression. And also the faders to the left are not very responsive. Your have to turn them up and down a couple of times to get any change in the sound. I found like 5 good presets and the rest was just boring. I tried to make some sounds on my own but I don’t think it was intuitive. My Roland SE-02 sounds way better in my opinion. I would like to return the typhon.
