T
not much sustain
Thomas2054 04.03.2019
if you're buying this to have a slide available but mainly play with your fingers, don't buy this. There's no way that I can play with the same technique on my solo's while having this thing on one of my fingers. If you want a slide to only play slide, buy a bigger one because this one doesn't have any sustain.

A great slide...

Althought I' ve not experience with slide guitar I had to try at least once play with a slide, so I took this. The sound is great and the quality is perfect but I should take something taller, cause this isn' t so practical, as it falls down on my finger when not adding pressure on it.

Sweet sounds
Davethetyke 20.09.2015
I'm finding that my favourite slide is brass, but I wanted to try glass and wanted to try a short slide. I really wanted to add a different dimension when I play light rock and folk. This works well for me on my Ovation with its low action and light strings. The short length makes fingering chords relatively easy and the sound is sweeter than with metal slides. Worth a try for any guitarist.

Good and even better

It all depends on what your goal is. If you want a use the slide just occasionally and spend the other time playing with all four fingers like you normally do - then this slide is for you!
It can't work as well as full sized slide because this can cover 3 strings at very best, but for sliding on one string to bring a new colour into your playing - perfect!
