Play fast, play hard, play like a speed king!
Mr C. 18.04.2023
No matter how hard n fast I pick with these things they just don't want to pop out of my fingers - I can see why they're used by the kids from Metallica.

They're grippy, but not uncomfortable. The pointy bit is very pointy (which means you'll get a more aggressive sound btw), but wow, I think I'm now picking faster that ever!

Love this pick, Wish it could last longer
JuanTime 13.01.2024
Coming from a Jazz 3, I played this pick for the first time when someone gifted me one.
I was sceptical, since I don’t really like “bigger” picks, but from the first note I knew this is my new go-to pick. I bought a bunch and then gifted the other guitarist in my band a pack and now both of us only play the flow picks.
The shape i perfect in my opinion. It picks super fast and strums super comfortably.
It also lasts longer than other “bigger” picks, but like any pick which isn’t made of diamond, it unfortunately also wears after some use. I would recommend this pick to anyone.

Great picks

I was on a pick hunting journey lately and this brought me to the Dunlop Flow. After my whole lifetime of playing Jazz III it was a welcoming change and it actually enhanced my guitar playing.

The shape and the size enables you to hit the strings harder which leads to a clearer, punchier and more articulate tone. It's subtle but it's noticeable. It's definitely a pick worth checking out! At the end I've settled for the 2.00 version but this is a personal choice.

Great for Low Tuning Playing
whenkubrickmeetshendrix 17.10.2024
I've been familiar with the Petrucci Signature series of Flow for a long time, occasionally switching between them and Jazz III. I really liked the grip, but the 2.0 thickness didn't quite feel right for me. However, after getting to know the 0.73, 0.88, and 1.0 models, everything changed. I can easily use the 1.0 flow with my C-drop tuned guitar. While I tend to prefer thinner picks for palm-muted thrashy riffs, I can say that 1.0 is the sweet spot for general riff playing and solos. Although the 1.0 Flow picks last longer due to their thickness compared to the 0.73 and 0.88, it's worth noting that you shouldn't expect the same longevity as a Jazz III.

Amazing picks. Great grip and feel. I do prefer slightly thicker ones though (1.5mm to 2mm)
