Best pick i've ever played with!
Robin8397 23.02.2015
The 1,5mm Gator Grip pick has been my preferred pick for many years. I was able to quickly find what kind of pick I liked. I first started with the Green 88mm Tortex picks that many people love. I liked the size of the pick but they were not hard enough for me. The Tortex picks had a bit too much flex for me. If I was a mainly acoustic player I probably would still be using them. I could not get enough definition when using these picks. I then tried out some Jazz 3's which a lot of my friends use. I loved the stiffness of the pick and the sharpness of the top. With the Jazz 3 I got a really sharp attack and nice clarity with the sound but the pick was so small that I would drop them easily or they would turn around in my hand. With the Gator Grip 1,5mm picks I guess everything I like with the Tortex picks and everything I like with the Jazz 3. The 1,5mm is very stiff and is coated with this strange non slip surface. It is like sandpaper but it will wear off after a few days of playing. The picks are as big as the Tortex picks so I do not drop them either. They are moderately sharp. This pick gives a unique feeling as it goes across the string because it is so thick. It does not really bite into the string like a Jazz 3 does it kinda glides across it once it is broken in. When it still has the sandy surface on it the pick kinda rubs against the string like if you are using a coin. So if you are into really heavy picking and want a pick that will stand up to the toughest riffs I recommend the Gator Grip 1,5mm.

My go to picks
MichaelAnd 16.12.2019
These picks became my favorites pretty much right away. The surface is extremely pleasant to manipulate. That is, they stay in the position I want them to stay in and I can easily change position when I want to. Where other materials make my fingers sweat, or at least it feels that way, I never have that issue with these. Lastly, the durability is great too.

I can highly recommend these picks.

perfect for me!
Lucas B 22.10.2017
after searching for 3 years, I have finally found the perfect plectrum size for me.
These Dunlops are nice and thick and provide a good grip for fast downpicking and sweet soloing! I play a lot of metallica and hard rock/ metal in general and these plectrums just bond with me.

the quality is great! especially for this price! I love these plectrums!

Excellent Grip
paniccoffee 25.02.2019
Pros:
+Excellent grip
+Textured material make notes louder and rounder for picking and playing chords.

Cons:
-The grip can be a double-edged sword as it can hamper speed playing techniques such as with sweep picking because of the textured edge that adds friction to your pick against the strings even if you properly angle the pick. As a result, the pick can sometimes get entangled during play with too much friction, which is great for the picking thumb and index finger, but can be hampering when present on the edge of the pick.

Found these 3 years ago, havent managed to get through the pack yet, they just dont wear down ! Great grip in them, they feel like they are made of stone ! I play Rock, blues, country and jazz with the same pick through out, I dont see the sense in using anything else. I found them invaluable in a studio setting as well. when you need everything working and you are under pressure, it is great to be able to rely on some things at least !

Great!
Thanorval 13.08.2019
Used to the usual Jazz III, I wanted to try larger picks for "hard-picking".
These are really great: stiff and precise.
Recommdaned for heavy rythms.
Could be too rigid for some, but 1.50, what do you expect?

The only ones for me

I have tried loads of pics, and i like these best, they are more difficult to drop, and not bendy.
They do wear down eventually, but that is why they come in multipacks ;)

Think I found my pick
johnnygraveyard 17.02.2019
I think this is exactly what I have been looking for. I use 10-52-s, and they just work out really well. I don't like the glossy looking picks because they slip out of my fingers, but not these ones.

Pretty good guitar picks for the price. Feelings is great and it is stable however, could have been a better grip. I would recommend this.
