These picks are plastic, hard and don't bend.
When i pick or strum after having been practicing for a couple of days....my playing tends the be a bit more rusty, more forced and less subtle.
The first thing i always notice is this plastic sound hitting the strings.
Mostly i blame my playing ....but it is the sturdiness of the plastic of these picks
that brings my bad playing to the surface.
After consistent practicing the picks no longer produce this sound.
So for guitarists.. either picking or strumming hard on their guitars....this might not
be their pick of choice.
The picks are really sturdy and good quality....and i have never had one fail on me, by being broken or chipped . After consistent use there are only little scratches on them, that don't effect guitar play.
Yet on black surfaces, like stages, they are easily lost....never to be found again.
That is how i mostly lost my picks apart from leaving them in the studio, in my pants etc.
Gripwise....because of the clear plastic surface....the picks tend to move around unless you have a firm grip on them. Especially after long plays your hands get sweaty and your grip on them loosens.
