Great strings
30+ years as a professional musician. For me the best in sound and durability

Long lasting tonal quality - just perfect
I have been using elixir strings for well over 10+ years now.
The reason is very simple: while some big brand strings lose tonal quality or flexibility after 3-4 days, Elixir strings' sound just simply does not change even after 2-3 weeks.

Goodbye 11, hello 12.
The 11 in the 9-42 and 9-46 sets are a joke. This fixes the problem perfectly.

single Strings - most wanted ;)
I became aware of a lack of high e strings, which did not come as a surprise - for most guitar player it actually doesn't.
Checked Thomann and happily found single strings offers - went for it and shortly afterwards became lucky owner of a couple of e strings. Equipped my remaining sets, strapped my guitar and boom. Ready for 2026 and beyond ;)
Rapid shipping as usual, thanks to Thomann :)

great for daily use
As always elixir strings last ages and sound close enough to uncoated strings for daily use without the hassle

Classic elixir
Great replacement string. You could make a custom gauge set out of it.

something you expect
good replacement for a broken one, nice to have such option instead of changing the whole set

String
Good to have a good alternative to change just a single string when you need it.
