Thomann doesn't delivers

First time I have to do this, after several orders since 2011, Thomann has not delivered this item in the box even tho it's already paid. I can send them photo of the box already open but the strings are not there... I have sent them a couple of mails but still they ask for a photo of the box... the box is perfect, the problem is I ordered 11 items and there were 10 in the box...
