Good quality strings, very dependent on application
W Pal 28.12.2015
I've found that there are two camps of opinion on Nanowebs:
Generally players who like a bright tone with a slight plastic attack or sweat alot and need strings that last a long time play these, and players who like the dry more metallic twang of regular phosphor bronzes (which darken with age) who don't.
I was in the second camp for a long time until I played a set of these on my Taylor GS mini and discovered that the nanoweb 12's are perfect string for that guitar and they take a beating.
The only other thing to mention is that they feel like they have slightly higher tension than a corresponding set of 12's or 13's so if the higher tension seems a concern then try a 11's if you play 12's. the tension will be slightly less than regular 12's but more than 11's
