The guitar arrived with two huge cracks on the neck near the headstock, so I couldn’t even play it. I opened the box, saw that the guitar was unusable, took some photos, and packed everything back up. I immediately contacted Thomann to request a refund. Now, I’ve been sitting here for several days waiting for the return to be processed. It’s a sad story, but it is what it is. Maybe next time, things will go better.
