They're cheap, have a nice & bright RnR growl, and can last for a very long time if soaked regularly with Dunlop Formula65 String Cleaner (or possibly other brands).
For playing live, it is probably wiser to change them after every show, but of course YMMV.
I also really like the tension balance of the 7 string set with my 25.5' scale guitar in standard tuning - the B string feels just fine to me, although some might find it a bit too soft.
I didn't try this set with a 26.5' guitar, but taking my 8 string as a reference, I would expect the 0.10 high E to feel a bit shrill and would probably go for the lighter set.
