Great guitar scratched in delivery

The guitar is great for the price it maintains the tune even after long abuse. The sound is deep clean and equilibrated, it looks amazing and its very well built, mine was manufactured in Insdonesia. The only downside is that it came with a scratch on the neck as if it was a "B-Stock". I claimed for that but I'm not satisfied with Thomann proposal, for that reason I'm giving it 3 stars in general instead of 5.
