I really like the sound of these Evans bd pads, they offer more low end and less 'slap' than some of the plastic coated pads.
If you buy the double pad pack you can cut these in half and have 4 single bd pads!
Be warned though, if you use these with a felt beater they shred up the beater pretty quickly.

Easy to attach, and feels great
PsykeShow 19.10.2019
You would want some bassdrum head protection if you play, and this definitely does its job. It's not thich so it doesn't feel unnatural to play with this on, and it's easy to attach.

Not a Remo or Danmar, but just as good.
Alex Djuran 28.06.2019
I needed a quick replacement for what is usually a remo patch for my kickdrum, so I pulled the trigger on this and it's honestly really good. It doesn't do much to enhance the attack like a Remo would, but it does help neutralise the kick sound quite nicely, very good in any situation!

What can i say
If u put it over some other drum head protector it won't stick very well and in time will completely fall off.

Good protection
Anonymous 05.11.2014
The feel of the material on the patch is nice. You can feel the fabric and the patch is really thin, it wont dampen the drumhead much.
The glue is really strong, it could keep forever.
It's good to get two in the package if you break the first one or misplace it.
The downside is that you can not really re-use them, the drumhead will brake or the glue will stick on the head if you take it of.
Buy a couple of these and allways put a new one on each drum head.
I don't know how long it will last, my first one has not worn out yet.

Sticks there and protects the bass drum
John B 31.03.2014
A drum patch is supposed to protect the bass drum skin from braking, and that's exactly what it does. It sticks to the drum skin easily and sticks there for a long time aswell. It doesn't work so good on electric kick drums as on acoustic ones, but it still works. I have one on my electric drums and another on the drums at my school, and I'm happy with the results, and both are still on there. There's two patches in one package just so you know :)
