Died!! :(

Went the same way as my previous pedal and died... went a bit funny towards the end though with the on becoming release and the off becoming sustain. Tried everything.... but didn't fix it. Ended up buying a roland one which had an anti-slip rubber mat thing which was good.
All in all it was great while it worked. Maybe I plugged it in while the piano was on or something!
