Excellent solution for specific wiring needs. Very fluent and precise movement between each position. easy to solder.

Used this switch to upgrade the selectable combinations of my superstrat including humbucker splitting etc. The quality of this switch is really perfect and it is also very good suited for soldering. Pickup switching is working without any tone or noise and each position settles very well.
If I'll need a superswitch again, I will buy this without thinking of any other.

It works well and stops in each of 5 positions very clearly, so it's easy to use (my old switch used to stop in half-positions sometimes). The only minor inconvenience might be that in silent environment you may hear as it confidently clicks into switch positions.

First time I bought it after original switch started failing in my Solar S2.6C. I replaced it with this one and it was a great decision. Now I bought it again to replace switch in my new Solar S1.6PB before it started failing (it seems to have the same cheap switch).

This is a standard component for me in all my Strat's. I only fit the 5-way type, so they can be easily rewired to different configurations without taking the switch out again. I've been using them for years now and never had any problems. I can change the configuration if I change any pickup. Currently this one has mid position giving bridge and neck pickups together. It could be changed to "Standard" to give mid pickup by breaking 2 links and making 1 link. Nothing else would need changing. These are just the most versatile switch around.

If you like some crazy combinations of pickup selection (for example having the "Guthrie" wiring), this switch is perfect. It can achieve great combinations that makes the guitar really versatile.

I got it for an upgrade for my cort guitar with 2 HB pickups, now I can split the coils, it was worthy the investiment! well recommended

I purchased this switch for a custom guitar which was handmade by a luthier according to my specs. I'm using two splitable humbuckers.
The switch is very flexible in terms of wiring combinations and it seems to be good quality too.

I would recommend it.

I have this on my Strat that's been wired for the 'Carlos' humbucker set up and it works a treat. Easy to use and sturdy. With Tele and Strat knobs too. Recommended.
