I play classical guitar most of the time, but for gigs with my band I play my Fender Bullet strat and this is the first combo I bought for gigs and practicing. For me there is a very big problem with this combo - It's really heavy.
This combo doesn't have a big amp, but It really sounds powerfull, because of the two 12" special design speakers. I think that Fender made a great thing with the power quality on this one. It's enough from small rooms to concert halls.
But it's not always about power, and that's why this combo can be loud when it needs to be, yet still offers a soft and beautiful tone when dialed down, making it the ideal practice amp for the discerning musician or amateur gigger.
I'm okay with the look of this combo. It's sort of Classic - Vintage Appeal.
This product is also simple to use and versatile enough for any style of guitar playing, there's a Champion amp that's right for you whether you?re looking for your first practice amp or affordable stage gear. The 100-watt, dual-channel Champion 100 features two 12" speakers, with great amp voices and effects that make it easy to dial up just the right sound?from jazz to country, blues to metal and more.
But going back to the problems - It is really heavy and I think that for young players It may be a problem If they are buying this not just for practicing in one place. I recommend everybody to think about the conditions of using this product before buying.
All in all - this is a proper product in proper situations.
