Great for rock, but can be too stiff for beginners
Bon Scott 10.07.2018
So I've played with these for two months, when I started learning guitar. Since I want to play hard rock, I imagined these would be perfect for me. They really do give me great sound, fat and heavy rock sound.
However since I'm a total beginner, picking with these, especially fast strumming, can be a bit tricky. If you haven't got your strumming tehnique perfected, the pick can get stuck between the strings since it's very stiff. This is just a matter of practise though.
One flaw this pick can have is its grip. If your hands get too sweaty when playing, I'm afraid this pick is a poor choice for you. Except for that, its grip is not exactly terrible, but it definitely hasn't got the greatest grip.
The durability doesn't seem to be a problem so far. My picks show some marks of wearing off, but I pick and strum very hard too, so I can't expect them to look as new.
So if you want to play some hard rock, it can't hurt to try these out. I'll probably check out some other picks next, but I'd happily come back to these if I can't find anything else.

Good picks, not too expensive. Don't sound to bright or thin, have balance and clearness, but not too much punch/attack. The grip is amazing, they feel like they stick to your fingers.

Best pickup for the value

Easily best pickup for the value. Been using these Fender heavy pickup since years, I like the white option now available. Use this for all kind of styles and also for acoustic guitars with metal strings.

A perfect pick (for me!)
Miltos Xp 20.09.2022
After 20 years of playing the guitar i have tried a lot of picks.
I mostly use Dunlop III XL, petrucci, ultex sharp etc.

I keep coming back to them, mainly for two reasons:
1. They have a great grip. Probably i dont have sweaty hands and celluloid helps to that. Also during the winter with cold hands i find that they still have a great grip.
2. They are not too pointy and not to round, i think they have the perfect balance.

I suggest that you should give them a chance if you haven't found the pick that suits you.

Bassist!
Anonymous 06.08.2015
So I had to get picks for my bassist, so thought heavy and Fender as it is what he uses.

He loves them although they may have to be bought again. If I have a problem with them it would be the grip on them can be a bit slippery, which I sweat on stage so not to great for me.

Very good with a smooth surface
Anonymous 04.03.2014
If you don't like picks with rough surface but you still want to have a good grip, these white Fender thomann picks are a good choice.
For a long time I'm playing bass guitar with 1mm picks and I'm always looking for products I didn't used yet.
Also concerning the durability these picks are above average.

Springsteen uses these, I'm in a Springsteen Tribute Band....
Bigblueuk 17.06.2022
....So I use these too. White, heavy, Fender.
The strings get hit hard, and after a gig, you can see they have been in a fight, but the durability is excellent. "Bruised but not beaten"
Even with sweaty hands, they stay in good grip. I was surprised by this because they are smooth, and my strumming is often anything but delicate.
They look GREAT. The white is bright, the lettering raised, and it also reflects light.
It's typical of Fender. Top attention to detail and quality products from the glam of their custom-shop guitars, all they way to the lowly pick.
