Fender Festival Collection Strap Tan

My first guitar strap so this is a beginners point of view.
I wanted a strap so i could practice standing up, as a beginner i'm trying out all the various techniques to find my style. So i was browsing Thomann, as you do, and came across this strap.

Decided to order it and even though we are all dealing with COVID-19 delivery was quick. The strap feels very high quality, the fabric feels like it can take a beating, while the embroided design looks really good, even better than on the pictures. To attach it to my guitar i did have some difficulty as it was a very tight fit, i expect this to get easier over time but do be aware of this as it can be frustrating when it seems like it doesn't fit.

When it's fitted however the guitar is not going to fall of, if you are afraid that will happen i believe you can by straplocks.

My only negative would be that the strap is not super grippy, so depending on what you are wearing it might slip of your shoulders a little bit.

Overall i would recommend this strap, and would buy again.

I wanted a Fender strap with my Squire and decided on this one, because I like this kind of design. The tan version fits nicely with Pearl White finish of the Telecaster.

It is soft and strong, but I'm not a gigging musician and don't know how good it would hold on a stage. It wasn't easy to put strap over the buttons, so my impression is that it would not gave away easily, if used in less dynamic manner. Strap does not slips over shoulder easily, at least in my experience. Leather ends look strong.

I just noticed though, that lower part of the silver printed F on a front end looks, after I put it on the guitar, rubbed off somewhat. I didn't pay attention before, but I assume that I rubbed it off myself with fingers, while fighting the strap button. So keep that in mind when putting it on.

I'm really happy with this strap.
