Fits perfectly

I used it to replace the tremolo system in my Highway 1 Stratocaster which had a narrow string spacing. It fits perfectly and now the strings are finally aligned with the pickup pole pieces.
With the correct setup and a Tusq saddle keeps the guitar in tune even with intensive tremolo usage.
The build quality is what you would expect from a high end Fender part. So five stars from me, I would buy it again without question.

Surprisingly poor quality. Be careful with the bar!

The tremolo bar got stuck inside the bar hole and came apart leaving the threaded part stuck inside, how am I suppose to get this out? This happened very easily, I never fully tightened it. The threads were poor but even pressing down very gently would cause the bar to bend.
Very poor quality from Fender, was as if the bar was made of gum.

The original vintage strat tremolo simple design for maximum performance. Once fitted on a mexican strat , and set up, it really changed the way the guitar played, a lot of sustain !
NOTE THAT THIS TREMOLO IS ONLY FOR VINTAGE STRAT BODY, THE SPACING OF A VINTAGE BODY IS NOT THE SAME OF A MODERN ONE!
