Fibracell Premier Alto Saxophone 2.5

I really love this reeds, not only do they always work, bud the sound they make i think is perfect, shiny and smooth. Also they get damaged less easily and last longer then real reeds and fibracel reeds feel amazing, because they have texture witch makes it feel more real / natural. A little less is when you play them for a long time on a row, they become softer and softer, untill they get too bendy, we are talking aboud around an hour of playing. Grts

The beauty of synthetic reeds is that they play straight away, needing no 'work in' period. Also, no chance of a 'dud' one as there sometimes can be with natural cane. I usually play a 2.5 or 3 reed, and have found this 2.5 produces a nice big round tone with no difficulty blowing. I do know from experience that when it goes it will be sudden and the end of it - but they do last a long time :-)

In my brass band these are reeds preferred by our most experienced player.
