This pick is pretty much perfect for mandolin as well as bouzouki. You get easy tremolo and a clean transition to strumming.
I wish they made these in different thicknesses. Also it tends to get slippery so if they made a textured or concave version that would be awesome.
It does get dull quite fast, so either sharpen them or buy a few extra.
It is kinda see through which gives it a nice look, but the text and icon printed on there was gone within 2 days.

Works great
bger 02.11.2020
As a beginner mandolinist, I tried this, and the blanton mandolin pick.
For me, this one works better. I can play more precise and sound is better with this pick.
And it's cheap too.
I can't tell much about the durability yet. The sign and picture cam off in 1 day, but that doesn't really matter.

Too thin for mandolin
vladozan 06.09.2021
For my playing the pick is too thin. You can play the chords with it, but to play a classical mandolin you should look elsewhere

Great pics

I ordered two of these plectrums when I bought my mandolin because they had good reviews and they were cheap. I think they're great, I recommend them. The only downside is they can get a little slippy, but in general, they're great, I wish I'd ordered a few more extra.

A
decent tone quality and easy to play
Anonymous 19.06.2016
I bought this pick online at the Thomann store and i used this to play my mandolin.
the form of the pick lets you play the strings easily and you will have enough space between your hand and your instrument. The tone produced by this pick is also pretty good for a thin pick.

Not bad pick for price
Davor_Zerjav 11.03.2024
I use this pick for playing my mandolin. Ergonomicaly it's good, but it lacks texture on broader side where you hold the pick, it gets slippery so it would be nice to design new version like that. For the price it is ok. I use many picks for many applications, and this is one that I use quite often.

Pick was lost during shipping!
Ixior 17.01.2021
I can't really rate the pick, but I want to complain that Thomann packed an instrument I bought so badly that this pick I ordered with it fell out through the damaged box.

Original shape, good quality
John3168 30.09.2014
I really like the heart shape of these picks, which is much like the old traditional small almond shape of picks for Mandolin. Flexible enough to do your tremolo work with ease.

Fire & Stone Mandolin Pick
Robert814 11.10.2015
If the colour is important to you - forget it! These are yellow and brown. Not much fire and stone here! (Sunshine & Gravel) Otherwise these are fine mandolin picks. Narrower than guitar picks and just right.
