fine but no must-have

In general I'm happy with this ligature. It does what it should and the build quality seems to be solid. The cap takes some getting used to - it's basically completely open on the top. I did a bunch of recordings comparing it to my standard Vadoren gold ligature and couldn't tell a difference in blind tests. So whether it's worth the money is a judgement call.

Second Francois Louis Ultimate, Not my Last

This pig really opens up your tone when playing. Apart from providing an open and full sound, it also brings some real aesthetic quality to your mouthpiece. It stays in place well, provided you buy the correct size for your mouthpiece, and does a fantastic job.

Super ligature

je ne suis pas un obsessionnel du matériel, à vouloir essayer 50 000 becs, ligatures, anches en pensant que cela changera mon son, persuadé que c'est avant tout du boulot personnel.
N'empêche, cette ligature est un super outil, très bien pensée, qui permet une vibration plus importante de la anche et du bec, cela donne énormément de possibilités d'expressivité (du pianissimo au fortissimo) : en effet le contact ligature/bec est réduit au strict minimum de par sa conception. J'ai également pu voir des différences au niveau de la stabilité du registre altissimo et de sa facilité d'émission.
Point négatif : sa mise en place est un peu longue et pas très facile, gênant si on veut changer d'anche rapidement ou la repositionner, ce qui peut arriver durant un concert. De plus elle a tendance à marquer le bec en ébonite.
Je ne l'ai que depuis 3 mois, donc durée de vie à voir, car elle peut sembler assez fragile au premier abord, ce qui serait dommage, vu le prix.

Mais globalement très satisfait
