Der Furch-Bass ersetzt bei mir einen Stanford Robot Akustikbass und ist diesem in Optik, Haptik, Spielbarkeit und Sound weit überlegen. Der Sound (mit Elixir-Saiten) ist rein akustisch schon transparent, perkussiv und durchaus Voluminös. Am Amp hat er ein sattes Fundament und lässt sich auch durchaus für rockige Sounds nutzen. Der Preis ist für die gebotene Qualität absolut angemessen, ich kann den Furch nur empfehlen.
