the padding and neck protection are excellent. The rain cover is a neat touch and the bag offers enough of space for all of my gear.
My problem with this gigbag are the straps, which are either too wide or too stiff an cause the straps to slide off of my shoulders. I'm a pretty big guy with bright shoulder so this shouldn't be an issue. They should redesign those straps or incorporate a chest cross strap which would connect both straps.
The quality of these bags in in my experience very questionable.
Only a couple of months after receiving my first gigbag one of the straps tore apart. Thomann customer service was great though and sent me a replacement.
Less than 2 month later a strap on my replacement gigbag tore apart as well. This time while I was riding my bike downhill on a busy road. I lost control over my bike, accidentally drove on the road and almost caused an accident.
Once again, the Thomann customer service offered to either exchange the instrument or give me the money back.
