I'd been using a standard stand until one day I ...well. .broke. I saw this stand and bought it on a whim, however I now am glad the old one broke as this is sturdy and durable. Being able to adjust separators individually makes it great for adjusting to the perfect playing angle. If you play on wooden floors, the non slip rubber feet are excellent.

Strong tripod who don't stole nothing from the warm sound of my congas!
Easy to transport, and awesome to see!
