Ideal for Tubular gong stand

I bought these Rack Extension Clamps in order to make a Tubular Gong Stand. I've used them to join two aluminium vertical uprights on each side of the stand. The Gong stand span is 183cm (6ft) and is large enough for up to four 32" gongs. I only have three gongs at the moment but the stand with these Rack Extension Clamps is a steady as a rock, even when playing all 3 gongs together. As with all Gibraltar Rack products the build quality is great.
