Gibson J-45 Studio Walnut Burst LH

I purchased this Guitar after a long and hard thinking about it. I finally pushed the 'Buy' button after long personal deliberations after all Its not a cheap buy. After a somewhat prolonged delivery process ( Thomann did not include my Post code in the delivery address) I was a bit worried but at the end of the day and a long process with the UPS it finally arrived. When I unpacked it and gave it the first strum I was amazed with the tonality and sustain of this guitar. It has exceeded all my expectations ans really love it. The set up was superb from Gibson, not one flaw could I detect after very close inspection. I have had Lowden and Martin guitars but nothing surpasses the joy and pleasure of playing this instrument. I love the walnut back and sides which I have never had before in a guitar. It is a pure pleasure to play and I look forward to bringing it to my next gig. The L.R. Baggs Element Active System electronic system is more than acceptable and provides a great 'plugged in' sound, although I prefer to mic up a guitar at a gig. Honestly I an so in love with this guitar I don't think I'll ever need to get another one. Hopefully the sound will get even better with age and use. the pros for this guitar I've already gone through. The cons well I don't have any so far. The action and intonation are superb. The case is great, solid and reliable. I've the guitar for over a week now and is a daily player and will always will be. I honestly don't have a bad word to say about this Guitar, I Maybe I have just been very lucky getting a problem free instrument. I am very happy and honestly recommend it .
