Great product but once locked, it's locked

I had purchased these to be 90 degree couplers anyway, but had wrongly assumed that you could lock them at 90 deg, then unlock them to return them to being swivel couplers. Once you bang in the locking pin, the couplers will be forever fixed as 90 degree couplers.

Lightweight, but very sturdy, and easy to tighten with wing nuts.
