I bought this to upgrade for a squier guitar. The bridge block has considerable more material than the one original on the squier. It feels pretty solid, saddles are nice, they keep the string movement smooth. Trem arm is similar to the one found on a strat, you attach it by turning. One thing though is that I needed to make room on the guitar (removing some body wood) to make room for this bridge, because the trem arm slot goes all the way down, increasing the amount of space required underneath
