It's a SM57. And the angled mod is very well built. Looks original.

But I'm not sure it is needed. Sure, you save a couple of centimeters length which can be good in a crowded drum kit. But there are other alternatives like Audix i5 or a ton of other mics that needs even less space. I guess if you are a 57 junkie and really need them on your drums, this is a slight improvement over the original. But on the other hand at a pretty hefty price increase.
