I'm impressed
Tiappa 06.10.2017
I'm usually very disappointed by most mic stands but this one has been great so far. I am using it to hold up a very heavy SE reflection shield (SPACE) and a pretty big condenser, at an somewhat pronounced angle, and it has not moved or wobbled once in over a week. The design is sleek and the nobs and levers for raising it higher or using it at an angle are very easy to use and, most importantly, don't budge once they have been tightened. This is probably the best mic stand I've ever used and I have used quite a lot.

Good quality, weighty

All of my PA stands, extension poles (and my beer holder!) are Gravity and excellent quality. Love the green O rings - how shallow of me. They are tough and do their jobs well. So when looking for another microphone stand I decided to give a Gravity product a try. It is very good quality, as expected, and in this case the green O rings were a little too much even for me. Gravity do supply a set of black O rings which I have deployed and now it is much easier on the eyes. It has the usual easy grip soft tightening knobs and cable clips. The base is a hefty metal affair. There are slightly cheaper alternatives which are almost, but not quite, as good. In conclusion I can recommend this stand. It will serve you well and is excellent quality as are all the Gravity stands I already own. The $64k question is would I buy any more of them? The answer is yes.

I've been using gravity stands for years,
Good materials, heavy and cool looking.
It could be more stable, but its ok for medium ligth mics.
In this price range is my favorite

These stands feel more secure and easier to use than any other stands I have ever used. From now on, they are my go to mic stands.

Amazing Stand

Amazing stand, love the handels that are rubberized, you can change the green rings tho (love them). The only dislike was the lenght "knob" is to shallow and odd to work it, but it works.

Good product!

knowing that cheaper stands usually break very often and after very little use, i went for this stand by gravity. i was very surprised with the overall quality and stability of it. screws tighten properly and NOT break, I actually got it kind of stuck because I was tightening it too hard (being used to crappy stands), so it has to be handled properly without brute force, and works just fine!
what can I say, I'm just very happy with it!
